THE CONSTRUCTION We operate under the name Campbell's Pool & Spa, however our inter-division for pool building we refer to as Campbell's Construction. Campbell's Construction is a subsidiary of Campbell's Pool & Spa. Campbell's Construction owns and operates its own equipment. The construction division owns the excavators, loaders, dumptrucks and employees and operators that operate that equipment, as well as in-house electricians and plumbers. Why's that important? Because it allows us to take full responsibility of the construction management process. There are very few areas that we use subcontractors, but in the areas that we do, most of them only work for Campbell's.
