The installers were here today to put my pool up. They got here and got right to work and never took a break, in today's heat it would be normal to take one, but they didn't. I watched them while they were here and it is obvious that they care about the quality of work they do.
They are just finishing up putting the top caps on and I just wanted to let you know that you have great installers working for you. Being in public service I know it is rare to get a compliment from people but I hope you pass on to them my comments.

“I just wanted to say that one of your service techs came out to my home last Friday and fixed my Hot Tub. When I first called in, your service coordinator set up a time for you to come out and ask me if I preferred morning or afternoon. I thought here we go, just like the cable company they are going to ask me to stay home all day and sit in the window and watch for them, but that is not what happened. She actually asked me if I wanted to be there or not and then when I told her I did she asked me how much notice I needed in order to come back home from work if need be.
Everything was scheduled, the day came, the service guy called right on time and showed up on time. He was very professional and gave me a little run down on the operation of my spa control box in the event that I might be able to trouble shoot it myself in the future. I think he might have even felt a little bad as lighting had apparently ran in on the breaker, but did not trip it entirely so it was showing voltage but not enough to run the tub. He reset the breaker and wah lah....Service call was 75.00 which I thought was not that bad and I was glad to get my tub going again for the 4th of July Weekend. I just wanted to let you know my experience with Campbell's was a good one. Thanks for focusing on customer service...you can't get that many places anymore.”

I never anticipated such a tremendously favorable experience to come of the late night email I sent new years while we were so disappointed about not getting to use our spa.
But, starting off with incredible response time via the extremely nice holiday after hours reply and ending with the spa repair being expedited to ASAP status, we once again realize WHY Campbell's Pool & Spa was where we decided to make our purchase in the first place!
That, Sir, is THE definition of true, great, old-fashioned, CUSTOMER SERVICE that is all too often forgotten in today's hectic paced business world! Some experts say it is better to have had a problem and to have handled it properly than to have never had any sort of issue because it helps show the character of not only offering great products, but also how well one stands behind what they sale once the money has changed hands! “ATTENTION: We love our HOT SPRINGS SPA! Our old bodies depend on it for not only comfort and warmth, but ease from pain of old joints and bodies that are aged. Don't sound like much of a reason to tell others about but its the truth, we need this spa to keep us feeling like we used to.
If we are hurting, knees, in my case, shoulder and arm in my husband's case, a session in the small two person spa eases us so we can sleep well. Older folks needs a spa, young people wants a spa for enjoyment, they never think of how much they will come to depend on that spa as they age.
THAT'S OUR STORY AND WE ARE STICKING TO IT.
The VERY BEST PRESENT FOR CHRISTMAS FOR EVERYONE IS A HOT SPRINGS SPA.
Note: We had a twelve person spa before for enjoyment but this two person spa is the very best, easy to care for, and plenty big enough, plus it's great for our condo!”
