The Main Store is located directly off Interstate 40 at the Papermill Drive Exit and Serves Knoxville and the surrounding counties. The service and parts department operates from this location as well as a complete retail store with Hot Spring Spas, Chemicals, Pool Games, Toys and Pool Accessories. You will also find a water garden featuring Custom Gunite, Fiberglass, Vinyl Liner, and Above Ground Pools. The Water Garden features a variety of construction materials ranging from concrete to stone decking, lighting, coping, even landscaping meant to provide a real life backyard simulation. There is also a mood room where you can take a private test soak in one of our luxurious spas.

The Lenoir City Store is considered to be a satellite store and is located across from the Wal-Mart Shopping Center on Hwy. 321 serving the Farragut, Lenoir City, Loudon, Rockwood, Kingston, Harriman, Tellico Village, Rarity Bay, and Kahite areas. You will find Hot Spring Spas, Pool Games, and a complete line of Chemicals and Pool Accessories in this store, however, if you're looking for a specialty part you might want to call ahead. We run a service truck between the two stores three days a week and would be more than happy to transfer the item from the main store at no cost to you.
